Run your Amazon business with AI instead of a bigger team
FlowCart connects to your Amazon seller account through the official Selling Partner API and automates the work that usually needs an agency or a hire — review campaigns, per-SKU profit tracking that already reports advertising spend against true margin, listing optimization, and buyer messaging. Sponsored Products campaign management is in application with Amazon Ads and is not yet live for third-party sellers. Built for sellers managing their own catalog and for agencies managing many.
Powered by the Amazon Selling Partner API
Everything you need to grow your Amazon business
FlowCart connects directly to your Amazon seller account and uses AI to automate the work that eats up your day — requesting reviews, tracking margins with advertising spend against true per-SKU profit, optimizing listings, and communicating with buyers. Sponsored Products bid and keyword management is upcoming and not yet live for third-party sellers.
-
Automated Review Campaigns
-
Automatically request reviews from buyers at the optimal time after delivery. Configure targeting rules by product, marketplace, or order criteria. FlowCart respects Amazon's solicitation timing window and sends compliant requests via the Solicitations API.
-
Profit Analytics Dashboard
-
Real-time P&L per SKU built from Amazon settlement reports, financial events, and FBA fee preview — covering referral, FBA, storage, advertising, refunds, and returns. AI explains why your margins changed and surfaces your biggest profit leaks each week.
-
Amazon Ads & PPC Management Upcoming
-
FlowCart is building Sponsored Products campaign management for Amazon sellers and agencies: campaign and keyword performance reporting, bid and negative-keyword recommendations grounded in your true per-SKU margin, and budget pacing — all inside the same dashboard as reviews and profit analytics. Connect your Amazon advertising account through Amazon's OAuth flow. FlowCart charges a flat SaaS subscription, not a percentage of ad spend, so recommendations can favor cutting wasted spend when that is the right answer. You stay in control of every write — FlowCart recommends, you approve before any bid, keyword, or budget change is applied. This advertising module is in application with Amazon Ads and is not yet live for third-party sellers.
-
AI Listing Optimization
-
AI-generated titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms based on your catalog data and competitor analysis. Score your listings against best practices and publish improvements to Amazon with one click.
-
Smart Buyer Communication
-
AI-drafted replies to buyer inquiries, using only Amazon's permitted order-related message types. FlowCart never sends promotional or marketing messages to buyers. Analyze return patterns across products to identify and fix recurring issues.
-
Seller Performance Insights
-
Track account health, marketplace performance, and sales metrics across all your Amazon marketplaces from a single dashboard. Monitor order trends, fulfillment performance, and seller ratings in real time.
-
Margin-aware pricing
-
FlowCart reads your current offer prices and competing offers through the Product Pricing API and cross-references them against the true per-unit margin it already calculates from your fees. You see which SKUs have room to move, which are priced below their real break-even once referral and FBA fees are counted, and where a competitor's price change has quietly turned a profitable SKU into a loss. You stay in control of every price change — FlowCart recommends, you decide.
-
Search term insights
-
FlowCart pulls Amazon Brand Analytics search-term data for your catalog and shows which queries bring buyers to your products, where you rank on the terms that matter, and which high-intent keywords your listings are missing entirely. Those gaps feed directly into listing optimization, so title and bullet rewrites are driven by real search data rather than guesswork.
For agencies
Built for agencies managing many sellers
Connect each client's seller account separately through Amazon's own authorization flow. Every account stays isolated with its own campaigns, targeting rules, and reporting — no shared credentials and no logging into Seller Central on a client's behalf. Switch between accounts from one dashboard, run the same playbook across a portfolio, and give each client reporting that shows what changed and why. Client authorizations can be revoked by the client at any time from Seller Central.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How does FlowCart connect to my Amazon account?
- FlowCart uses Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API) with OAuth authorization. You securely connect your seller account through Amazon's login flow — FlowCart never sees your Amazon password. We only access the data required to provide our services, and you can revoke access at any time from Seller Central.
- What is automated review solicitation?
- Amazon allows sellers to request product reviews from buyers within a specific window after delivery (5 to 30 days). FlowCart automates this process by monitoring your orders via SP-API, waiting the configured number of days after delivery, and then sending Amazon's official "Request a Review" solicitation on your behalf. You set the targeting rules; FlowCart handles the timing and execution.
- Is FlowCart compliant with Amazon's policies?
- Yes. FlowCart uses Amazon's official Solicitations API to send review requests — the same mechanism as clicking "Request a Review" in Seller Central. We comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and all solicitation timing rules. We never send promotional messages or violate Amazon's communication policies.
- What data does FlowCart access from my Amazon account?
- FlowCart accesses order data, financial events, catalog information, and messaging capabilities through SP-API. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your Amazon data with third parties. You can review exactly what data we access in our privacy policy.
- Does FlowCart see my buyers' personal information?
- No. FlowCart does not request or store buyer names, email addresses, or shipping addresses. Review requests are sent through Amazon's Solicitations API, which delivers the message on Amazon's side without exposing buyer contact details to us.
- Can agencies manage multiple seller accounts?
- Yes. Each client's seller account connects separately through Amazon's own authorization flow. Accounts stay isolated with their own campaigns, targeting rules, and reporting — no shared credentials and no logging into Seller Central on a client's behalf. Clients can revoke access at any time from Seller Central.
- What Amazon permissions does FlowCart request, and why?
- FlowCart requests only the SP-API roles our features need: Buyer Solicitation (review campaigns), Inventory and Order Tracking (order sync and targeting), Selling Partner Insights (marketplace onboarding and account health), Finance and Accounting (settlement and financial events for per-SKU P&L), Amazon Fulfillment (FBA fee preview and fee reports), Product Listing (catalog and listing optimization), Buyer Communication (order-related Messaging API replies), Pricing (margin-aware pricing insights), and Brand Analytics (search-term insights for listing optimization).
- Does FlowCart manage Amazon Ads / PPC?
- Yes — that is part of FlowCart's product roadmap. We are applying for Amazon Ads API access to manage Sponsored Products campaigns for authorized sellers and agencies: reporting, bid and negative-keyword recommendations grounded in true per-SKU margin, and gated write actions that require your approval before any change is applied. FlowCart charges a flat SaaS subscription, not a percentage of ad spend. The advertising module is upcoming and not yet live for third-party sellers.
- Is FlowCart affiliated with Amazon?
- No. FlowCart is an independent third-party application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. We use Amazon's publicly documented Selling Partner API under Amazon's developer agreements.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes, you can cancel your FlowCart subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. When you cancel, we stop accessing your Amazon data and delete stored information in accordance with our privacy policy and Amazon's Data Protection Policy.
Trust & data handling
How FlowCart handles your Amazon data
- Official APIs only. FlowCart uses Amazon's Selling Partner API. We never scrape Seller Central, never ask for your Amazon password, and never log in as you.
- You authorize, you revoke. Access is granted through Amazon's own OAuth flow and can be withdrawn at any time from Seller Central. Revoking access stops all data collection immediately.
- We request only the access our features need. Each permission we hold maps to a feature described on this page.
- We do not collect buyer personal information. FlowCart does not request or store buyer names, email addresses, or shipping addresses. Review requests are sent through Amazon's Solicitations API, which delivers the message on our behalf without exposing buyer contact details to us.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest. Amazon data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and data is deleted on request or after account closure per our privacy policy.
- Independent tool. FlowCart is an independent third-party application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
